i used parcel monkey or should i say tried to a few weeks ago!

NEVER, EVER AGAIN. it has made me think very very hard about wheather i will sell again on ebay. i have to say, i would highly recommend "hdns" they sorted or at least tried to and delivered them asap 4 me. 1st parcel monkey didnt pass on to the courier, to collect the parcel from my neighbour. 2nd they have been impossible to get a reply off, i was on their "live" chat 4 over an hour and didnt get one answer. the same is from emails, NO reply. 3rd they sold me all be it at not much extra cost next day delivery by 6pm (which i opted for as my parcels where urgent). the hdns couriers had my parcels on a 48hr delivery (they dont do next day!!!!). in the end i took my parcels to the depot which was a 20 mile drive to make sure they were on their way and they were delivered a full week after ide booked the original collection. that day i got txt messages for each parcel saying they would be collected that day at different times (it varyed by in total 5hrs!!!). i have raised disputes in paypal, which were turned down because it was not a listed ebay item. they have changed their policy now so things and services other than ebay are covered, if payed for through paypal. i am reporting them to trading standards as we speak. under the sale of goods and services act, they did not provide the service i purchased. i had disputes opened against me due to such late deliverys, i will NEVER use them again. a company is all very well being reasonably priced and ok when everything is running smoothly, it still should try and rectify or try to when thing start going wrong. any one wanting to ask my opinion feel free to email me at ninja7jim@hotmail.com
