Then click on EDIT and.....Block the people without credit card on their fileAre registered where you do not post too!Have a feedback of lower than -1And have recieved 2 upaid strikes to their nameThis helped me cut out almost all of the nigerian scammers and people who are just bidding for 'fun'.
